Eulerian Video Magnification applied to a live video stream as a heart-rate baby monitor.

EVM is an MIT algorithm that amplifies changes too subtle to see — including the colour shift in skin as blood moves through it. EVMonitor runs it against a live stream to read a heart rate without contact.

No claim of fitness for the stated use case. The goal is to make it work correctly and to be honest about the distance between “works” and “trustworthy”.
