Requiem
A command-line requirements tracker for AI coding agents, built to catch a spec contradicting itself before the code does.
Every requirement, rule and design decision is recorded as its own statement with a permanent id, in plain files that live in git beside the code. An agent checks a new idea against them before building it, so a decision that was already made, or already rejected, surfaces at the moment it would otherwise be re-litigated.
Rejected ideas are recorded too, with the reason they lost. That is the part most likely to save time: “we looked at that, and here is why not.”
It is retrieval, not a judge. It finds the narrow slice of prior decisions that bear on what is being written; deciding whether two of them genuinely conflict stays with the person or the agent reading them.
